The system includes modules for Remote Physiologic Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), e-Screening Population Eye Health (eSPEH), and telehealth eyeCoach patient management service. The remote monitoring platform has several FDA-registered digital health applications including Peristat® Macustat® Accustat® and Photostat® which will allow providers to offer remote care and monitoring solutions to patients with serious chronic eye diseases such as AMD, Diabetic Macular Edema, Glaucoma, Optic neuropathies, thyroid orbitopathy, and others.   

Additionally, RemoniHealth added industry veterans and key opinion leaders to their Board as the company prepares for a full commercial launch later in 2023.
